is there a way to get into Lion's Arch Keep without beating proph or eotn with a char?

You will be able to enter the Keep when you have finished the asuran and ebon part of eye or completion of prophecies, until then, no you will no be given access.

Is'nt it possible if someone runs you to lion's arch?

As I recall from the old days people did runs to lion's arch and droknar's forge. I think even a lvl 1 can be runned to those cities. Well I've let people run my lvl 8 necromancer to droknar's forge so i could buy the best armor set and use it in the lvl 10 arena. Was alot of fun those days

if you try to enter before you have met the requirements you will get the following reply (or something similar) "One or more among you have not seen Princess Salma rise to power."

just like factions you cant get in unless you meet the requirements, sorry. Its more like DoA where or slavers dungeon, you have to do certain quests/missions before it will allow entrance.

Lions Arch, yes. Lions Arch Keep, No.

Lions Arch Keep is a separate instance that is accessible from Lions Arch and as Cosy says requires some pre-requisite quests to be met first.

You are correct that you can be run to Lions Arch from any other 'mainland' outpost in Prophecies.

if u just wanna go there to get the oppressor weps... buy warsupplies on kamadan and ask someone Trusted who has finished WIK quest chain to craft the wep for you. Will take only 2 min..
